Prolific Club winner Glenister made his return to action at Newcastle on Thursday 31 August a memorable one when landing the opening race at the valuable Racing League fixture.
Glenister, a four-year-old half-brother to two other Club winners, kept on strongly under Luke Morris to take the lead inside the last half-furlong, off a career-high handicap rating of 73.
This was a terrific performance from the progressive Glenister, for whom the win was the fifth of his career so far. Our congratulations to Sir Mark Prescott and the team at Heath House, and to all Club members.
